El Marques De Sado is equipped for all aspects of the BDSM scene. The house is set within 4,000 square metes of walled garden where guests will be able to act out their wildest fantasies in complete privacy and anonymity, with, or without the assistance of Madam Dee, There is a  purpose built dog kennel, with barred cage area, and concrete shelter, and the now infamous Terry Waite Suite; a small, cramped prison cell complete with stone walls ceiling, and floor, barred gate, and a solid wooden outer door. All this as well as the compact, but fully equipped dungeon/ playroom!

Guests will take part in a minimum one hour of fetish play per day of their stay, although this may be extended at any time, as and when Madam Dee sees fit to do so!

There may ,of course be other guests at the premises, although dungeon time will normally kept private, unless otherwise agreed. If you require a more private, personal holiday, we also offer executive stays, where we guarantee there will be no other guests present. The details of these deluxe exclusive holidays will be sent on request. Executive guests will automatically be allocated the Royal Suite!
